1. How much are the shipping costs?

Germany: 3.95€

Austria: 6.95€

Switzerland 6.95€

International shipping 11,95€

Free shipping in Germany for orders over 50€

Free shipping to Austria & Switzerland for orders over 60€

Free shipping (worldwide) for orders over 100€

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our delivery time is 2-7 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and country.

As soon as we ship your package, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email. You can track your shipment here.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is packed and handed over to DHL (usually the next day), you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number.

1. What material are your products made of?

All our items are 100% fair and vegan produced .

All oversized products consist of 100% organic cotton . Further information can be found in the respective product description.

The printing is done in Germany using a 100% waterless process. We use water-based ink free of heavy metals and harmless dyes. The ink is 100% biodegradable.

Return

1. What is my right of return?

You have the right to return the items within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

We only accept returns for new and unworn items.

If your goods are defective or an item is missing, you must report this in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If your 30-day return period has expired and we have not previously confirmed an extended return period, your return will be automatically sent back to you.

2. How can I return items?

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

This is how the return works:
1. Register your return here: ( support@onemoredrink.de ).
Please briefly tell us which order it is (e.g. #1050), what products you want to return and why you want to return the products.

2. The order must be accompanied by an information sheet with the order number and the products included in the return.

3. Send the return to:

Please remember to ensure your shipment is sufficiently stamped. It's best to keep your postage receipt as proof until your refund is processed.

3. Can I return multiple packages in one parcel?

You can also return different orders together in one package.

Please make sure that all products are included in the package and that the information sheets for the respective orders are included in the package.

4. Can I exchange items?

We do not currently offer clothing exchanges.

However, we offer the option of returning the item within 30 days of receipt .

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will refund your money within 30 days.

5. Have you received my return yet?

We will not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return.

You will receive a notification as soon as we have processed your return.

We usually need a maximum of 14 days to process your return.

After major sales promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been processed.


Order

1. My order is defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

In case of a complaint, please contact us by email ( support@onemoredrink.de ).

If you have received a defective product, please send us photos showing the entire product and the defect.

If you received the wrong product, please send us a photo of your entire order.

If your order is incomplete , please also contact us by email.

Don't forget to include your order number.

2. I have not received an order confirmation.

Please also check your spam folder if you don't see an email from us in your inbox.

If you still have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact customer service ( support@onemoredrink.de ).

3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Canceling your order is, of course, possible. We can only cancel it as long as it hasn't been processed yet.

Making changes to your order: Unfortunately, an order that has already been placed cannot be changed.

4. Can I change my delivery address later?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change your delivery address.

Availability

1. Will sold-out clothes be available again?

Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact date for this, as many different factors play a role.

It usually takes 4-6 weeks for clothes to be back online.

1. How secure is online payment?

We attach the utmost importance to your security when making payments.

Your information will, of course, be transmitted in encrypted form so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment will be processed by a specially certified partner.
