The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Order" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. Upon receipt of the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and payment terms
The prices listed in the online shop apply. Payment options include:

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4. Shipping costs and delivery time
Shipping costs range from €3.95 to €9.95, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days.

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
6. Warranty
The legal disclaimer applies: "No warranty" is provided. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any warranty for defects in the delivered goods.
7. Return conditions
Returns are only possible in unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
